Forgotten Post and Lot's of Stitching Fun

Took a picture of my snips container, "T.U.S.A.L" and never posted it for February! Looking at the picture now, I can see how much red and the different tones of it that I did stitch with last month due to Valentine's Day.  The blues and all on the top is from starting my spring tiny pillows.  So, better late than never they say.

For any of my stitching followers here that aren't into Facebook.  Several days back, one of my friends on Facebook posted the picture below.  Well, of course I fell in love with the piece, as several others did as well.  No one had a clue what the name of it was or who the designer was.  After many hours searching and digging, I did find the information we needed.  I ordered it this afternoon and can hardly wait to get the chart so I can kit it up.  Name of it is, "Language of a Stitcher".  Can be purchased through "Oak Haven Designs".  This picture isn't the clearest, but it's still a beautiful piece.  All DMC threads also which is nice.

Right now, I'm working on "Small Token" and it's working up quickly.  Enjoying the colors and the simplicity of the piece.  Here's what I have done thus far. I do

love working with the hand dyed threads! For you "thread lickers" out there! You can taste the salt in these! For all the non lickers.....Sorry!

As of this afternoon, March has many plans and will be quite busy.  I was planning on a giveaway, but will wait until things settle down in early April.  The giveaway will be for this piece below,   It's a kit so has everything you need, and it's to hi-lite  the picture with cross stitching.  So though the piece itself is really pretty, it isn't one that will take a long time.
