One Motif At A Time

Thinking about "Quaker Diamonds" and how just by working on one motif at a time will make such a difference.  I can get back to all the tiny squares, diamonds, circles and all once the larger parts are done.  It is so enjoyable also to see each motif take shape.  So, I'm working on what looks to be the largest motif of the piece and I'm liking the colors.  So far, here's the one I'm working on right now.

We had a great weekend here..  Misty yesterday but warm and it was a great day to just stay home and relax.  I did get in some stitching time and plan on more  in just a few minutes.
I went outside just a few minutes ago as I saw some yellow across the yard.  I was surprised to see that the Jasmine is in full bloom.  I love the beautiful yellow.

The Camellias as also blooming and the garlic is doing real well!

Riley? He just takes everything in stride.  Here he is, just being Riley.  What a life he has.

Need to let ya'll go for now.  Please my dear friends and followers.  Be safe through the New Year and be well.  Love to each of you and remember to "feel the colors".
