Many Wonders of Spring

     I was putting in a couple of little cosmos just a few minutes ago when Bill came out from the back yard to show me what he had found.  Will you look at this little guy? Cute or what!? The smallest turtle we've seen down here.  We have all kinds of mud turtles and box turtles down here but Bill just happened to look down and saw this tiny one digging his way up through the soil.

    I LOVE turtles - thank you so much for sharing this picture! I've never seen one so small and endearing. Also, just to imagine diggin in the soil and smelling that smell....We've got snow on the ground again - boo!
